About the Business
We are a small family business, we pride ourselves on getting the job done well the first time. We operate a macadamia orchard enterprise from nursery through to packing. The tasks will vary throughout the year as required and this offers the candidate a diverse and interesting job role.
About the Role
This role will involve all areas of farm operations necessary for a macadamia orchard. Working roughly 35+ hours per week, completing a variety of seasonal tasks from irrigation, harvesting, machine maintenance, slashing, planting etc as required.

The farm is located about 15 minutes north east of Gympie in a beautiful productive farming community.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- proven farm experience (essential)
- macadamia/orchard experience (an advantage)
- a current manual driver's licence
- understanding of machinery operations i.e being mechanically aware, safety conscious and able to problem solve.
The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, respectable and an energetic self-starter.
