Position: 30 Farm Workers
Terms of employment: Full-time, year-round work
Wages: $14.60/hr. for 40 hrs. per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Dig, cut, and transplants
- Mix and prepare the soil for planting
- Plant vegetables such as Potatoes, zucchini, broccoli, squash, corn, and pumpkins.
- Plant fruits such as raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, blackberries. • Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
- Assist in grafting activities, whenever necessary
- Prune plants, including removal of shoots with mildew, if there is any
- Install plant support system and tie plants to supports, as needed
- Water and tend to plants as directed
- Maintain, clean, and store farm tools after use
- Report signs of insect or disease damage
- cut/prepare harvested fruits and vegetables
- prepare orders as instructed
- Collecting the fruit from the pickers
- Providing empty flats so the pickers have a place to put the fruits. • Regulate indoor/outdoor watering systems and greenhouse temperatures • Report to and follow directions of supervisor • Keep plant beds free of weeds that compete with the plant’s growth
- Other general farm duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- No experience, No education, and No specific language required
- Heavy lifting required
- Ability to work long hours, early mornings, and weekends are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions
